The MSPM33C32xx microcontrollers (MCUs) are part of the MSP general-purpose
32-bit MCU family operating at up to 160 MHz, based on the Arm(R) Cortex(R)-M33
32-bit core with Arm(R) TrustZone(R) technology, DSP extensions, and FPU.

These MCUs feature flexible communication interfaces, high-performance analog,
and security accelerators. The extended temperature range (-40C to 125C) and
wide supply voltage range (1.71V to 3.6V) make this family suitable for
industrial, enterprise, and personal electronics applications.

MSPM33C321A provides:
- 1MB embedded flash program memory with ECC (dual-bank with address swap)
- 256kB SRAM with ECC
- 32kB high-endurance data flash for EEPROM emulation
- 160 MHz Cortex-M33 with TrustZone, FPU, DSP extensions, and 4kB instruction cache
