The MSPM33C32xx microcontrollers (MCUs) are part of the MSP general-purpose
32-bit MCU family operating at up to 160 MHz, based on the Arm(R) Cortex(R)-M33
32-bit core with Arm(R) TrustZone(R) technology, DSP extensions, and FPU.
These MCUs feature flexible communication interfaces, high-performance analog,
and security accelerators. The extended temperature range (-40C to 125C) and
wide supply voltage range (1.71V to 3.6V) make this family suitable for
industrial, enterprise, and personal electronics applications.
MSPM33C321A provides:
- 1MB embedded flash program memory with ECC (dual-bank with address swap)
- 256kB SRAM with ECC
- 32kB high-endurance data flash for EEPROM emulation
- 160 MHz Cortex-M33 with TrustZone, FPU, DSP extensions, and 4kB instruction cache
- Two DMA controllers with 16 total channels
- Two 9.4 MSPS 12-bit ADCs with up to 36 external channels
- Two high-speed/low-power comparators (COMP) with 8-bit reference DACs
- Two externally available 8-bit DACs
- Configurable 1.4V or 2.5V internal shared voltage reference (VREF)
- Nine timers (up to 30 PWM channels): two 16-bit advanced, four 16-bit GP,
one 32-bit GP, two 16-bit QEI
- One window-watchdog timer (WWDT) and one independent watchdog timer (IWDT)
- Two CAN-FD interfaces (CAN 2.0A/B and CAN-FD)
- Two I2C dedicated interfaces (FM+, SMBus/PMBus)
- One dedicated SPI, one QSPI (external memory up to 20 MB/s)
- Eight UART channels (including LIN, IrDA, DALI, Smart Card, Manchester)
- Two I2S/TDM digital audio interfaces
- Real-time clock (RTC) with tamper detection and backup memory
- AES256/GCM, SHA256/HMAC, PKA (RSA/ECC), 32-bit TRNG
- Up to 93 GPIOs
