SPC7L64A is a highly integrated high performance brushless motor controller.
SPC7L64A integrated 6-ch NMOS Pre-driver, 2-ch LDO, Multichannel high speed operational amplifier, Multichannel comparator、high speed ADC, coprocessor, multiple general timers, UART, SPI and special module for motor control, which helps customer achieve minimum BOM cost and maximum flexibility in designing motor control systems.
It uses Cortex-M0 kernel with 64K byte Flash memory and 6K byte RAM memory, up to 64 MHz working frequency, which can satisfy the system application of high performance brushless motor control and simplify system cost.
