The Kinetis K27F is a high performance 150 MHz ARM® Cortex®-M4 with FPU Microcontroller (MCU) which integrates 2 MB of embedded Flash, 1 MB of SRAM, dual USB controllers (High-Speed and Full-Speed), an SDRAM controller, a QSPI interface and Power Management Unit with Core Voltage Bypass.
