The eKTF7020 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ processor. It operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 24 Kbytes of flash rom (including 4Kbytes Boot area) and 4 Kbytes of SRAM. The peripheral set includes one UART, one USART, one I2C, three 16-bit PWM, two general- purpose 32-bit timers / counter, High-Low Voltage Detect (HLVD), Low Voltage Reset (LVR). eKTF7020 is a mutual-contained, the capacitive touchpad sensor is covered with a plastic or glass case. The system controller converts finger data to button presses, depending on finger location and human interface context.
